I am the mother of two beautiful girls, the wife of an amazing man who happens to be one of our area’s finest musical artists. www.michaeljuannunez.com I’m also a middle school computer literacy instructor here in Erath, Louisiana. I love life and the beauty of it.
Living WAY down in South Louisiana is truly a blessing. There is so much beauty surrounding us daily yet it is often overlooked as we drive off to work in the morning, race around tending to our responsibilities, and finally as we lie down in our beds at night to grab that much needed “nap” before doing it all over again.
Just like gumbo, my site contains a mixture of creations. I have a passion for photography and a love of nature. You will find that many of my photographs include the sky. Looking up brings me peace. The sky is my window to heaven. I love sunsets as you will see.
Photography
I’ve always loved taking photographs and learning new editing tricks. Instragram has turned me into an iphoneography addict and inspired me to become a better photographer. This is my passion and I am by no means a professional. I work with an iPhone 3GS and tons of apps, a Canon Powershot and if I’m lucky enough to have an after hours school event that allows me to use the Yearbook camera from school, a Canon Rebel T2. I one day hope to purchase my own DSLR camera. Until then I will use what ever I can get my little hands on.
Scrap booking
I have only just begun uncovering this treasure. I absolutely love creating graphics using either Photoshop Elements 4 (until I graduate to a higher version) and Corel Paintshop X4. This has led me to the door of scrapbook layout design. I enjoy designing but do not profess to be the best just yet. Watch me grow
